Win Your Q4 Sales + Marketing Accelerator (the “Program”)
By checking the box at checkout, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions for participation in the Win Your Q4 Sales + Marketing Accelerator delivered by Creating Forward Studio (“Company”).
1. What’s Included
Core Access (the “Core Program”):
- Expansive Training: 4 weeks of weekly on-demand trainings with aligned action items.
- 2x Live Group Mentorship Sessions (via Zoom), with replays provided.
- 1x Personalized Marketing Calendar Review (remote submission with video feedback).
- Weekly Office Hours for asynchronous mentorship (via Forward Founder Studio platform).
- Accountability Prompts to support progress and implementation.
- The Win Your Q4 Toolkit, including: Program Roadmap (timeline + milestones), Annual Calendar Mapping template, 30-day Multi-Channel Marketing Calendar, 14-Day Content Planner + Content Briefing Template, Campaign & Sales Structure Design Worksheet, Channel Matrix Builder, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Swipe Pack

CMO Suite Access (the “VIP Program”):
Includes everything in the Core Program, plus:
- 1x Private Mentorship Session (45 minutes, via Zoom, with replay).
- Unlimited Co-Creation & Feedback on submitted materials (e.g. campaigns, sales plans, content, partnerships, copy).
- Ongoing 1:1 Chat Channel for back-and-forth collaboration during the Program.
- Strategic Q1 Kickstart Guide & Review.
Important: All sessions, reviews, and support must be used within the 4-week Program. Unused items expire at Program end.
2. Program Fee & Payment Terms
- Core Program Early Bird: $1,100 USD
- Core Program Standard: $1,400 USD
- CMO Suite Early Bird: $2,100 USD
- CMO Suite Standard: $2,400 USD
Payment is due in full at enrolment. No instalment plans are available unless explicitly stated at checkout.
3. Program Dates & Access Duration
Program runs from 29 September – 29 October 2025.
Access to trainings, mentorship, and community spaces ends at that time unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are permitted for any reason. The Client agrees to complete payment in full regardless of participation.
5. Program Access Duration
Program access runs from September 29 – October 29, 2025. Access to live sessions, resources, and community spaces does not extend beyond this period unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Media Release / Image & Testimonial Use
The Client agrees that feedback, testimonials, and any photos, audio, or video shared during the Program may be used by the Company for marketing purposes. Requests for anonymity will be respected.
7. Disclaimer of Results / No Guarantees
The Company makes no guarantees of specific outcomes (e.g., sales, income, conversion rates). Results depend on the Client’s implementation.
8. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., illness, internet outages, acts of God).
9. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its team from any claims or liabilities arising from participation in the Program.
10. Non-Disparagement
The Client agrees not to make statements that may harm the reputation of the Company during or after the Program. The Company agrees to the same standard of professionalism.
11. Participant Behaviour
The Client agrees to participate respectfully and professionally. The Company may remove participants from sessions or community spaces without refund if behaviour is disruptive or harmful.
12. Delivery of Services
Services will be performed by the Company or its approved team members.
13. Term of Agreement
The Program runs for four (4) weeks beginning September 29, 2025. Any ongoing support beyond this requires a separate written agreement.
14. Client Feedback & Promotional Use
The Company may request feedback forms during the Program. Client testimonials or examples may be used for marketing, anonymised upon request.
15. Taxes
All applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Company unless otherwise specified by law.
16. Standard of Services
The Company will provide services to a professional standard. Client delays in providing required input may affect outcomes.
17. Time of Services
The Company operates in its own time zone but will provide reasonable scheduling for live sessions. Clients are responsible for confirming their local session times.
18. Conflicts
The Company may serve other clients simultaneously, provided no direct conflict of interest arises.
19. Licenses & Permits
The Company will maintain relevant licenses and provide documentation upon request.
20. Compliance
The Company will comply with all applicable laws during delivery of the Program.
21. Insurance
The Company will maintain reasonable insurance coverage appropriate for the Program.
22. Non-Competition
For one (1) month following the Program, the Company will not replicate the Client’s exact proprietary model using confidential information obtained.
23. Non-Solicitation
Neither party will solicit the other’s team members or contractors during the Program and for three (3) months following, without consent.
24. Intellectual Property
All templates, workbooks, training materials, and tools provided by the Company remain its intellectual property. Licensed for internal business use only. Not to be copied, shared, or redistributed.
25. Confidentiality
All business and personal information shared will remain strictly confidential.
26. Use of Confidential Information
The Company will not disclose or use confidential information except as necessary for Program delivery or required by law.
27. Third-Party Confidentiality
The Company will protect any third-party confidential information provided by the Client.
28. No Prior Conflicts
The Company affirms it is not under obligations conflicting with this Program.
29. Independent Contractor Status
This Program does not create an employee or agency relationship. The Client remains solely responsible for implementing strategies.
30. No Contract Authority
The Company cannot enter into contracts or make commitments on behalf of the Client.
32. Assignment
This Agreement cannot be transferred without mutual written consent.
33. Amendments
Amendments must be in writing and agreed by both parties.
34. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remainder of this Agreement remains in effect.
35. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in Los Angeles courts.
36. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Company.
37. Notices
Notices may be sent via email or personal delivery and are deemed received upon delivery or after three (3) days if sent electronically.
39. Scheduling & Communication Expectations
The Company will provide reasonable availability during the Program.
Email or platform messages will be responded to within standard Office Hours (Mon–Fri).
VIP Clients will receive priority response within 48 hours.
The Client is expected to arrive prepared and complete assigned tasks.
