Terms & Conditions of Purchase

By checking this box at checkout, you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions for participation in the WTF Next Mentorship Session(s) (“Program”) delivered by Creating Forward Studio (“Company”).

1. What’s Included
By purchasing this Program, the Client receives the following:
One (1) 90-minute 1:1 strategy and deep work session delivered via Zoom or in-person.
A recording of the session with an AI-generated summary.
A custom roadmap outlining follow-up action items.
Access to relevant templates from the Biz Building Toolkit.
One (1) post-session material review with mentorship notes based on submitted work or questions.
Limited access to the Inner Circle Forward Founders Studio community platform for follow-up support.
Clients purchasing 2- or 3-session bundles will receive the same inclusions for each individual session, scheduled separately.

2. Program Fee and Payment Terms
The Program fee depends on the option selected at checkout:
One (1) Session: $650
Two (2) Sessions: $1,200
Three (3) Sessions: $1,650
Clients must select one of the above options at the time of purchase. All payments are due in full at the time of booking — no payment plans are available for this offer.
By purchasing the Program, the Client agrees to pay the full fee corresponding to their selected option through the online checkout platform. The Client is responsible for ensuring that payment details are accurate and valid at the time of transaction.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Due to the nature of the service and the preparation involved, no refunds will be issued for any reason. By purchasing, the Client acknowledges that they are committing to a one-time service and that cancellations are not permitted after booking. Rescheduling must be requested with at least 48 hours’ notice and is subject to availability. Missed or late sessions without notice will be forfeited without refund.

4. Program Access Duration
Each WTF Next Session must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase. All inclusions—such as the strategy session, material review, and access to templates—must be used within that 60-day period. Sessions or materials not used within this timeframe will expire and will not be carried over or refunded.

5. Media Release / Image & Testimonial Use
The Client agrees that any feedback, testimonials, and general insights shared about their experience may be used by the Company for marketing purposes. The Client may request anonymity, and the Company agrees to honour that request. Confidential work or materials will not be shared without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Results / No Guarantees
The Company makes no guarantees about specific business outcomes, income, or performance as a result of this Program. The Client is solely responsible for implementing the strategies discussed. Any examples of results or success shared by other clients are illustrative only and do not represent promises or guaranteed outcomes.

7. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver the session due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, illness, internet outages, or government restrictions. In such events, sessions will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably possible.

8. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from participation in the Program or use of its materials and recommendations.

9. Non-Disparagement
The Client agrees not to publicly or privately make statements that may damage the reputation of the Company, its team, or its services. The Company agrees to uphold the same professional standard toward the Client.

10. Confidentiality
The Company agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information shared during or after the session, unless required by law or given written permission by the Client. The Client agrees to the same standard when engaging with the Company’s private community or proprietary materials.

11. Intellectual Property
The templates, tools, and any proprietary resources provided during or after the session remain the intellectual property of the Company. They are licensed for the Client’s internal business use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed outside of that use.

12. Independent Contractor Status
This Program is delivered as a mentorship and consulting service. The Client understands that this does not create an employee, contractor, or agency relationship between the Client and the Company. The Company offers guidance and recommendations, but implementation is solely the Client’s responsibility.

13. No Contract Authority
The Company does not have the authority to make legal or financial decisions on behalf of the Client. Any business decisions made by the Client based on the session are their own responsibility.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Los Angeles, California.

15. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full Agreement between the Client and the Company for the WTF Next Mentorship Session(s). No other verbal or written representations shall apply unless formally agreed upon by both parties in writing.

16. Notices
All communications or changes must be made in writing and sent via email. Notices are considered received upon successful email delivery or direct written confirmation from the Company.
